Fees for our risk assessment and management services vary with the type and scope of service needed.  Evaluation and reports for simple matters may only require a few hours of time, while other more extensive evaluations may require input over weeks or months.  Fees can be based on an hourly rate or a fixed cost contract, if appropriate.  We can provide open ended contracts with a set cap, or ongoing fixed price repetitive task contracts.  We will typically provide a quote for your specific matter based upon the scope of the assessment, size and location of the subject property or process, and other unique requirements you may have. 

With respect to quotes for total costs, such estimates are made to the best of our ability based on the information given to us at the time.  Should we discover that the quote given is not realistic, we will endeavor to alert our client of the revised estimate and the reasons for the revision.
