The members of the Summit group of experts are diverse in their expertise, experience and education. We choose to work with associates who exceed the expectations of most clients and courts. We do not accept experts who solicit association with us unless we (1) need someone with the expertise they possess, and (2) they pass a number of essential criteria. These criteria include:
A) Philosophical and ethical standards that must be consistent with ours.
B) Communication skills, both verbal and written, must be exemplary. Even if they do not call English their native tongue, the specialist must be fluent and have full command of the language.
C) Professional experience must be consistent and applicable to the area of expertise in which they intend to consult.
D) Their education must be complete and consistent with their area of expertise.
Not every expert on our staff is a Ph.D. Not every engineer is a P.E. Every specialty does not dictate such requirements. Each expert must have that "special" combination of personality, experience and education that makes them suited to the role of an expert witness. We take a great amount of care and time to find the specialists that are right for us and our clients.
Summit does not presume to be able to satisfy every need of every client with the experts we have on our staff. However, we believe that the clients who can avail themselves of our experts and services will be pleased with our effectiveness.
